We are happy to announce to our Shopify and BigCommerce sellers that, recently, we've updated the "Partially Fulfilled Orders" feature in ShipSaving!

 

What is Partially Fulfilled?

When an order is placed, and you have shipped some, but not all, of the items in an order, then the order has a Partially fulfilled status.

How to Partially Fulfilling an Order?

All the partially fulfilled orders will show on the ShipSaving Orders -> Awaiting page with a note on it. (see below picture)

Please note that if you use other software for order fulfillment, these partially fulfilled orders can still show up on the ShipSaving Awaiting page. 

 

To avoid duplicate shipments, please be sure to check if such orders have already been shipped on other platforms. 

 

If these orders have been fulfilled on other platforms, you can simply change the order status to "Shipped" in ShipSaving.

 

If these orders haven't been fulfilled yet, you can follow your daily routine to buy and print labels in ShipSaving.
